At Edge Luxury Villas, we are committed to sustainable living, having transitioned to solar power in 2024. Rainwater harvesting is used to collect and store the villas’ water supply – we think the filtered water is far better quality than what you’ll find in the city! Our guests can recharge, and disconnect from the everyday, to enjoy all the comforts of high-end romantic getaways in WA’s south west - all while knowing their stay is deeply rooted in environmental responsibility.

We take immense pride in protecting and preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings. Our 20-acres of old-growth forest stands as a testament to our dedication to environmental stewardship. In 2013, we made a significant decision to protect this area from cattle, allowing it to regenerate into a thriving ecosystem. Each spring, the forest floor bursts into a stunning display of colour, as native orchids bloom and wildlife flourishes.

We’ve taken our commitment to conservation even further by joining the Land For Wildlife Scheme in 2021, pledging to safeguard and enhance the natural beauty of our property. Every year, we plant hundreds of native trees, not only to boost biodiversity, but also enhance the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Seeking accommodation down south in WA? During your stay at Edge, you’ll encounter a wide variety of wildlife. Waterbirds, including ducklings in spring, critically endangered Black Cockatoos, and even kangaroos are frequent visitors. As you explore the forest, you may spot the Western Ringtail Possum, Quenda, Phascogale, owls, or eagles.
